To understand your idea in the best possible way, I need the following information from you:

What type of illustration do you want?

Amount of characters.

Armory links or Wowhead Dressing room links, if you want
a specific tmog for your character.

A more detailed description of your character’s appearance with
links to reference images.

A more detailed description of facial expressions, mood, posing with links to reference images.

A more detailed description of a place where your character will be,
with links to reference images.
If you want to order a simple illustration with a simple background,
then provide screenshots of that place in the game.

When I open up commissions, the form becomes available to fill in within three days.
This is done to provide every person interested in a commission with enough time to send a request.
Although sending a commission request does not guarantee that you receive a commission.

After three days, the commission form closes, and I start going through all the commission requests I've got.
Please note that it's vital to fill the form in narrowly as requests like "I will send you everything if I'm chosen" won't be considered.

Currently, I do not accept commissions on a "first come, first serve" basis. I choose ideas myself.
IF YOUR IDEA WAS CHOSEN

You will receive an e-mail accepting your commission request and inviting you to discuss your idea in greater detail.
You have to reply to this e-mail within 24 hours, or your slot will be given to someone else.

After a discussion on the details and your agreement with the price, you will receive an invoice.

When payment is received, you will get your number in my
commission queue list.

When your submission is next in the line, I will start building a composition without enhanced textures, realistic hair, and carefully positioned lighting.
It is just a rough sketch.

I will send you this sketch for approval, and you have full rights to change or add something: camera angle, pose, facial expression, etc.

After sketch approval, I will start working on the details more carefully: texture editing, adding realistic hair, tattoos, scars, lighting.
I will send updates for your approval.

Before doing the final render in full quality,
I will send you the last preview of your image with correct lighting and well-developed details.
If you are happy with this preview, I will start finalization.

In the final stage, I work in Photoshop to make your image look cooler: I add some magic, glowings, and other beauties.

Eventually, you will get two versions of the image from me:
one version with lower resolution for posting it on the Internet,
another one for personal use in the higher resolution.
